Refund Policy

1. Overview

At LottoWise, we want you to be satisfied with your subscription. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for our premium subscription plans. LottoWise subscriptions are managed and billed through Paddle, our authorized payment provider.

2. Free Trial

LottoWise offers a 7-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you have full access to all premium features at no charge. No payment is collected during the trial. If you choose not to subscribe after the trial ends, your account will automatically revert to the free plan with no charge.

3. Subscription Refunds

Monthly Plans: If you are unsatisfied with your monthly subscription, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial purchase or any renewal charge. Refund requests made after 7 days from the charge date will not be eligible for a refund, but you may cancel your subscription at any time to prevent future charges.

Annual Plans: If you are unsatisfied with your annual subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. Refund requests made after 14 days from the purchase date will not be eligible for a refund. You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, and your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.

Plan Switches: If you switch from a monthly plan to an annual plan, the prorated amount is calculated and charged immediately. Refund eligibility for the new plan follows the annual plan refund window (14 days from the switch date).

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact us at support@lottowise.ai with your account email address and the reason for your refund request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5-7 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

5. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be applied after cancellation. Cancellation does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued in the following circumstances:

  • The refund request is made outside the eligible refund window (7 days for monthly, 14 days for annual).
  • The account has been suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service.
  • A chargeback or dispute has already been filed with your payment provider.

7. Payment Provider

All payments and refunds are processed by Paddle (paddle.com), our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all billing, tax calculation, and payment processing on behalf of LottoWise. Any refund issued will appear on your statement as a credit from Paddle.

8. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of LottoWise after changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
